Trois Rivieres Cuvee de L'Ocean Ainslie & Heilbron This makes use of ShirazTrois Rivires Cuve de L'Ocean 42% 70cl An unusual rhum agricole from Martinique producer Trois Rivires. For Cuvee de L'Ocean, the producer selected sugar cane grown in the south of the country right next to Anse Trabaud, on the Atlantic Ocean. As a result, the rhum offers maritime, briny, sea spray like notes in with the classic grassy, sweet fruit notes youd expect from the style. It works well both sipped neat and as a base for Daiquiris.
